Aches of Fall

Drew Acupuncture and Wellness

The woods are alight with the flame of fall. The damp has crept in through early morning fog, and the winds are beginning to beat their song upon the door. It is a beautiful time of year, but it can also be a time when the joints of our body protest against the coming of the cold winter days.

Acupuncture and our related services may help ease your body into the cold, boosting your healing ability, and alleviating pain within the joints. According to webmd acupuncture is "effective at treating chronic pain, such as arthritis, low back, neck or muscle pain, and pain after surgery". We also use adjunct modalities such as TDP lamp therapy, which many of our patients tell us feels like the sunshine warming the joints.

If you have any questions or would like to book your session give us a call at 585-394-5954.
