Reiki is a hands-on healing method using the movement of vital energy or qi. It is a gentle, very relaxing technique used to establish balance and initiate healing. This class offers training in the Dr. Usui line of reiki.

 

This reiki class is instructed by Abby Drew, master teacher level reiki practitioner. Abby uses her reiki training on a daily basis in both her personal and professional life.
